Godwick has two approved wedding venues where you can hold wedding ceremonies and so have your whole day at one of Godwick’s venues.

Godwick Great Barn is our magnificent barn wedding venue suitable for wedding ceremonies up to 120 people. It’s a grade II listed wedding barn, with its 16th Century original brickwork and the warm glow of the festoon lighting, offering a fabulous blank canvas to build your perfect wedding celebration.

With the help of our in-house wedding planning team, you can invite your own hand-picked team of wedding suppliers to realise your
styling visions. Our unique location allows us to offer you not only a stunning space for an approved indoor ceremony but also a summer outdoor wedding. The unspoilt Norfolk countryside and our own ruined church tower provides the perfect backdrop to your ‘I do’s’ retaining its rustic authenticity with tasteful new additions giving contemporary facilities, posh loos, modern kitchen and reception area with a bespoke Godwick-run bar.

An entertaining space that can seat up to 150. The barn has huge oak beams and high-pitched roof which is amazing to look at, but also result in great acoustics for music and entertainment.

A blank canvas barn wedding venue that can be tailored to suit your own requirements with plenty of outside space for stunning photographs, entertaining, garden games and outside wedding ceremonies.

Indoor ceremonies can take place in either the informal drawing room or the stunning dining room that can be dressed to create the right feel for your wedding. Drawing on our years of experience of hosting weddings we will work with couples to create the day that you are after, whether that be informal and intimate, cosy and warm or eccentric and eclectic. It’s up to you.

Make your celebrations complete by staying at the luxurious Godwick Hall and our nearby shepherd’s huts for two nights allowing you to celebrate your wedding in our licensed premises well into the night with a small group of close friends and family.
